As the 2022 year is about to begin, we see the same trends from 2021 with the increased costs to purchase materials continue throughout the new year. We are doing everything we can at this time to continue to supply you with the highest quality building materials in a timely manner. These are unprecedented times and challenges we are all facing together. 

There will be price increase to the following IKO products. Effective January 15, 2022, the following increases will be as follows:

• Cambridge Shingles: approximately 33%
• Marathon Shingles: approximately 31%
• Dynasty Shingles: approximately 33%
• Hip & Ridge 12 (cap coverage 36.5 LF): approximately 39% 
• Hip & Ridge PLUS (cap coverage 29.5 LF): approximately 71%

All orders shipped after January 15, 2022, will be subject to new pricing. Orders shipped prior to January 15, 2022, will be fulfilled at current pricing.
