Prices continue to increase in 2021 as the demand for raw materials are in short supply. We are doing everything we can at this time to continue to supply you with the highest quality building materials in a timely manner. These are unprecedented times and challenges we are all facing together. 

There will be a price increase to Kaycan materials. Effective October 20, 2021 the following temporary increase will be as such;

• All Vinyl 7% – including Siding, I-SPAN, Soffit and Accessories 
• Perfection Shakes and Shingles 7%
• Vinyl Shutters 7%

All orders shipped after October 20, 2021, will be subject to new pricing. Orders shipped prior to October 20, 2021, will be fulfilled at current pricing.
