Prices continue to increase in 2021 as the demand for raw materials continue to be in short supply. We are doing everything we can at this time to continue to supply you with the highest quality building materials in a timely manner. These are unprecedented times and challenges we are all facing together.

There will be a temporary price surcharge to Kaycan materials. Effective August 16, 2021 the following temporary increase will be as follows:

• Aluminum Siding, Soffit and Accessories: 8%
• Trim Coil, Gutter Coil: 8%
• Aluminum Rain Carrying System: 8%
• Aluminum Shutters: 8%
• Stainless Steel & Galvanized Nails: 8%
• Metal/Galvanized Flashing, Trims & Fasteners: 8%

All orders shipped after August 16, 2021 will be subject to new pricing. Orders shipped prior to August 16, 2021 will be fulfilled at current pricing.
