• Reminder: A “Working at Heights” Refresher course must be taken every three years to maintain certification.

Company-wide Safety Training 

• To ensure safety across every department, everyone at Gibson does safety training. This includes our warehouse staff, truck operators, and office support staff. 
• Gibson’s safety program includes training, risk identification, corrective actions, employee recognition, and continued education.
• Gibson Sales Reps also have “Working at Heights” training so they can get up on roofs with our customers.

Safe Driver Recognition Program

• Our delivery vehicles are equipped with GPS devices that monitor driver behaviour and provide a driver safety ranking. 
• Monitoring driver safety helps prevent potential incidents. 
• Based on our driver rankings, we recognize and reward: Driver of the Week, Driver of the Month, and Driver of the Year.
