RE: Henry Canada – Residential Building Envelope Price Increase Effective June 20th, 2024

Dear Valued Henry Customer,

Due to higher raw material costs, and to provide you with the highest quality products and field
technical support services, Henry a Carlisle Company will be instituting a price increase of 5% effective
June 20th, 2024. All orders for retail products shipped on or after June 20th, 2024 will be invoiced with
a 5% increase.

Your local Henry Sales Representatives will be in contact soon to review the changes and answer any
questions.

New price lists will be issued no later than May 15th, 2024.
