For the safety of everyone involved, we always err on the side of caution with a rooftop delivery. We carefully consider the condition of the roofing substrate or shingles, obstacles (overhead wires, proximity to other homes or trees), road conditions, including the approach and style of the driveway at your jobsite location. We cannot guarantee rooftop drops until the site has been assessed on the day of delivery.
