Subject: Price Increase on Residential Roofing Products

Dear Customer,

Please be advised that, effective April 1st, 2024, Building Products of Canada Corp. will be
implementing a price increase of up to 6% on all residential roofing products including perforated
felt (RF404).

All orders shipped on or after April 1st, 2024, will be invoiced at effective price list at time of
shipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed prior to the effective date of
the price increase.
