RE: Price Increase – Henry Products

Dear Valued Customer,

To continue to meet your expectations in a challenging economic environment with higher
input costs, Henry will implement a 3% price increase on all products (BES, RLC, Roof Foam,
Roof Coatings) effective February 15, 2025.

All orders shipped on or after February 15, 2025, will be invoiced at the new price. Additionally,
all new quotes with expiration dates after February 15 will include this increase.

Your Henry Account Manager will be in contact to review price lists and answer any questions
you may have. We value and appreciate your business and thank you for continued partnership
with Henry.
