Focus your hiring efforts on roofing and construction. Sites such as Careers in Construction and Construction Jobsite can help you target the people who’re looking for jobs in your industry.
Roofers Coffee Shop has a help wanted section. Check out how other companies are using this site to recruit new employees.
Post on targeted job boards for construction workers.
Use general job search sites such as Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.

Post jobs on social media and your website

If your company is on social media, be sure to post your job openings. It’s a great way to attract new workers while you promote your business.
Keep the careers section on your website current. List key details about all of your available jobs and make it easy to apply.

Ask your suppliers for recommendations
