Re: Price Increase Notice Nicholson and Cates

We have recently received a price increase from our supplier Nicholson and Cates. James
Hardie products will receive a 6% increase effective January 10, 2024.
All orders shipped on or after the effective date will be subject to new pricing. All orders
shipped prior to the effective date will be fulfilled at current pricing.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to
reach out to your Territory Account Manager.
