Tariff Surcharge, Effective April 16, 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

Recently, the U.S. government announced new tariffs on a wide range of goods imported from
several countries, including Canada. These tariffs are creating increased cost pressures
throughout the supply chain. In response, we will implement a tariff surcharge to help offset
these impacts.

Effective April 16, 2025, a 5.5% tariff surcharge will be added to all new orders. Any new
orders received on or after this date will include the surcharge. Any existing orders,
including open orders, that ship after June 15, 2025, are also subject to the surcharge.

This surcharge is necessary due to the increased costs tied to global supply chain volatility—
specifically U.S.-imposed tariffs, as well as ongoing freight and raw material price fluctuations.
We are working actively to reduce the impact of these changes while continuing to offer the
quality and service you rely on.

We understand this may affect your budgeting and planning, and we are providing advance
notice to help you prepare. Please know we are actively working to mitigate the impact of these
tariffs while continuing to deliver high-quality products at competitive prices.
