- Gibson customers can obtain or update their “Working at Heights” licenses at a preferred rate by contacting their Gibson Sales Rep.
- Reminder: A “Working at Heights” Refresher course must be taken every three years to maintain certification.

- Peaked Pallets – Enables roofing distributors and contractors to safely and efficiently load roofing materials directly to the peak of a roof.

Company-wide Safety Training
- To ensure safety across every department, everyone at Gibson does safety training. This includes our warehouse staff, truck operators, and office support staff.
- Gibson’s safety program includes training, risk identification, corrective actions, employee recognition, and continued education.
- Gibson Sales Reps also have “Working at Heights” training so they can get up on roofs with our customers.
Safe Driver Recognition Program
- Our delivery vehicles are equipped with GPS devices that monitor driver behaviour and provide a driver safety ranking.
- Monitoring driver safety helps prevent potential incidents.
- Based on our driver rankings, we recognize and reward: Driver of the Week, Driver of the Month, and Driver of the Year.
